Manchmal ist der Hunger gross und die Geduld zu klein, um lange vor dem Kochherd zu stehen, um etwas warmes zu zaubern. Die Lösung für dieses drängende Problem sind für mich leckere Saisonsalate, aus allem, was der Kühlschrank bzw. das Studentenbudget so hergibt. Eines dieser Resultate seht ihr auf den Fotos. Köstlicher Cicorino-Birnensalat mit Walnüssen, dazu ein mit Randen und Roquefort belegtes Pumpernickelbrot. Wünsch euch einen schönen Tag.

Sometimes the hunger is too great and the patience too small to be standing in front of the cooker for ages to concoct something warm. My solution to this problem are season salads, made of everything the fridge or the student's budget has got to offer. One of those results you can see on the pictures. Delicious cicorino and pear salad with walnuts, to go with it: pumpernickel bread topped off with beetroot and Roquefort. Wishing you a lovely day.
