"You can`t enjoy the countryside without getting a little dirty"
Unverhoffterweise fand ich mich kürzlich im überaus lieblichen -äh- Baden wieder. (Wer hätte gedacht, dass dieses kleine Städtchen an der Limmat so hübsche Ecken hat? Aber mehr dazu in einem anderen Eintrag). Noch viel unerwarteter entpuppte sich der Film "Tamara Drewe" als pures Kinovergnügen: Charmant-schrullige Protagonisten, ein durchaus überraschender Plot und britischer Humor vom Feinsten. Oh dear, wie habe ich gelacht! Die Geschichte basiert übrigens auf den gleichnamigen Comic von Posy Simmonds. Wünsch euch noch einen schönen Sonntag.
Unexpectedly I've recently found myself in the very lovely town of -errr- Baden. (Who would have thought that this little town by the Limmat river would have such pretty corners? But, more on this in another post). Even more unexpectedly the film "Tamara Drewe" turned out to be pure watching pleasure: Charmingly quirky protagonists, a thoroughly surprising plot and British humour at its finest. Oh dear, how much I laughed! The story, by the way, is based on the same-named comic by Posy Simmonds. Have a lovely Sunday everyone.
