Sassy Sunday Serenade

If you like goat cheese you will love "Crottin de Chavignol". Slight creamy-moussy consistency (no wonder with a fat content of 45%) meets slight nutty-goaty-tartly taste! The name is protected by the AOC seal and can therefore only be produced in a small village (Chavignol) with uncooked milk. This little delicacy is slightly more expensive than the analogical Edammer, but indescribably delicious. The best way to enjoy it is either at room temperature with a piece of leaven bread or warm with a salad. To live "like God in France" as the Germans would say for "living the life of Riley". Wishing you a lovely day & vive la bonne vie!
