"Warum in die Ferne schweifen, denn das Gute liegt so nah" fragte ich mich bei der diesjährigen Planung der Sommerferien. Nachdem ich dann auch noch so ein super-günstiges Angebot der SBB gesehen habe, stand mein Entschluss fest. Diesen Sommer gehts nach Bella Italia, genauer gesagt in die Cinque Terre: farbenfrohe Fischerdörfchen, leckere Fisch- und Pastagerichte, Gelati, Vespageknatter und - leider- auch viele schweizer / deutsche Bildungsbürger. Nun ja. Ein paar Tage faul am Strand liegen, lesen und schnorcheln. Ringel-t-shirt und Jeansshorts zu Espadrilles tragen. Eine kleine Wanderung wär doch sicher auch noch schön. Hin und wieder Ausschau halten nach schönen Schuhen, Kleidern und Schmuck. Ah, ich freue mich jetzt schon darauf. Wünsch einen schönen Abend e forza azzurri!
"Why wander around in the distance, when good things lie nearby" I've been asking myself when planning this year's summer holidays. After I saw this super-cheap offer from SBB (Swiss Train Company) my resolution was confirmed. This summer will see me in Bella Italia, to be more precise in Cinque Terre: colourful fishermen villages, delicious fish and pasta meals, icecream, the rattling sounds of scooters and - unfortunately - also a lot of Swiss / German bourgeoisie. Oh well. Lazing around on the beach for a few days, reading and snorkeling. Wearing stripey t-shirts with denim shorts and espadrilles. Some hiking would be quite nice, too. To be on the lookout for beautiful shoes, clothes and jewellery every now and then. Ah, I'm already looking forward to it. Have a nice evening and forza azzurri!
